Supervise attendance incidents and payroll validation. Manage labor relations and address conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations. Implement strategies to improve the organizational climate. Experience and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Flexible working hours. Knowledge of current labor legislation. Experience in payroll administration. Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
