We are looking for a **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** responsible for strategically managing the corporate human talent, ensuring the attraction, development, retention, and well-being of employees, as well as compliance with current labor regulations. Promote a strong organizational culture based on respect, productivity, and continuous development. **Main Objectives** * Design and implement a comprehensive Human Resources strategy aligned with corporate objectives and each business unit. * Supervise recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of personnel. * Implement policies, procedures, and internal regulations in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Coordinate payroll administration, benefits, and perks. * Design and implement development plans, performance evaluations, and succession planning. * Manage internal communication and workplace climate. * Analyze human resources indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance, satisfaction). * Coordinate culture, wellness, recognition, and social responsibility programs and events. * Represent the corporation before labor authorities and ensure regulatory compliance. * Build high-performance teams. ***Requirements***: **Education** * Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Desired certifications or specializations: Master’s degree or specialization in Organizational Development. **Work Experience** · **Minimum years of experience**: At least 5 years in leadership positions within Human Capital areas, preferably in medium-sized companies or corporations. · **Experience in similar positions**: 3 years. · **Experience required by area or sector**: * Mexican labor legislation and relations with STPS and IMSS. * Payroll administration and HR systems. * Talent attraction and management. * Organizational culture, workplace climate, and leadership. * Personnel management indicators and metrics, and budgeting. **Tools and Software** * Operating systems: ERP or payroll software (CONTPAQi, NOI, SAP, or similar). * Specialized software: Advanced Excel. * Platforms or applications: Recruitment and selection platforms. **Soft Skills** * Leadership and decision-making. * Assertive communication and negotiation. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Identifying, analyzing, and resolving situations. * Adaptability. * Initiative. * Discretion and professional ethics. * Service and achievement orientation. ***Working Conditions*** **Working Hours** * Specific schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. **Work Location** * Main location: Calle Luis Pérez Verdía 122, Ladrón de Guevara, Ladron De Guevara, 44650 Guadalajara, Jal. * Required travel: Yes. **Additional Notes** * Availability to travel: Yes (occasional). * Confidentiality level: High. * Possibility of rotation across departments: Yes, across multiple work centers within the metropolitan area. * Driving ability: Standard. * Valid driver’s license.
