Job Objective To develop comprehensive and technically sound projects serving as the foundation for construction execution, ensuring clarity in graphical and technical information. Duties and Responsibilities · Preparation of preliminary and executive projects. · Development of architectural, structural, and installation drawings. · Integration of descriptive reports and technical specifications. · Coordination with other disciplines. · Review of current regulations and codes. · Updating of drawings according to project changes. · Technical support during the construction phase. Technical Knowledge · Construction regulations and current codes (local regulations, complementary technical standards). · Construction systems. · Construction detailing. · Reading and interpretation of drawings. · Construction materials and processes. · Quantification of construction volumes. Academic Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. · Courses or diplomas in design, construction, or BIM (desirable). Required Experience · Minimum 1–3 years developing architectural and/or engineering projects. · Experience preparing executive projects for construction. · Experience coordinating with construction teams is desirable.
