Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support management in project planning, monitoring, and control—managing schedules and resources while ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed planning and sequencing of project activities 2. Estimation of resources and activity durations with multidisciplinary teams 3. Management of compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Responsibilities: 1\. Support management/superintendent in structuring the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). 2\. Define and sequence activities involved in project development to generate a detailed construction schedule. 3\. Estimate, together with engineers from other disciplines, the required and available resources to carry out the activities. 4\. Estimate, together with engineers from other disciplines, the durations of activities in the schedule. 5\. Establish methodology for schedule monitoring. 6\. Alert on schedule deviation situations. 7\. Participate in defining corrective actions to address deviations. 8\. Prepare and present reports requested by management based on time and cost indicators. 9\. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System as stipulated in ISO 9001:2015 Educational Requirements: Civil Engineer or related degree (degree certificate and professional license) Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction planning Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
