DESCRIPTION **Job Objective** Manage the acquisition of goods and services necessary for the company's operations, ensuring quality, competitive cost, and adherence to delivery timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze purchasing needs based on internal requirements. * Request and evaluate supplier quotations. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. * Prepare purchase orders and follow up until receipt. * Maintain an updated supplier database. * Monitor compliance with contracts and commercial agreements. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvement. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field. Degree holder. * Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, supply, or supplier negotiation. * Effective negotiation skills * Cost analysis * Organization and planning * Assertive communication * ERP or procurement system proficiency * Intermediate\-advanced Excel
