Leadership in procurement and supplier management Job Description: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration, LAE, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Proven experience of 3 years or more in a similar position. Preferred: Gender-neutral Negotiation skills Leadership SKU-level incremental management Strong knowledge of supplier commercialization Intermediate Excel proficiency Objective: Ensure efficient and timely product supply to warehouses. Optimize costs while guaranteeing product quality and reinforcing strategies with suppliers. Statutory benefits, growth opportunities, and training. Responsibilities: Creation and tracking of purchase orders. Product tracking (disposables, supplies, household plastic and glassware items, groceries, and confectionery). Scheduling supplier visits. Product selection. Email correspondence (with domestic and international suppliers). Sales report generation. Item registration. SKU-level analysis to measure sales percentage, contribution, inventory control, etc. Supplier relationship management for purchase confirmations and follow-up. Responsible for direct deliveries and purchases from Mexico; ensures merchandise assortment is delivered on time and in full, preventing stockouts. Preparation of quotations, contracts, and related documents. Supplier negotiations. Inventory knowledge. Logistics for direct deliveries. Discount review and margin analysis. Scheduling supplier payments. Negotiation for domestic and international credit purchases. Training of the procurement team. Inventory control and management aligned with projected demand. Market analysis and procurement strategy.
