The ideal candidate will be a committed individual with skills in handling cutting tools and a solid understanding of meat cuts, with at least one year of experience in the field. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Saw and Slicer Operation:** Properly use and maintain saws and slicers to ensure precise and high-quality cuts of meat products. * **Meat Cutting:** Perform meat cuts according to Grupo Bafar's quality standards, including preparation and presentation of different types of meat for customer orders. * **Order Fulfillment:** Participate in the order fulfillment process, ensuring meat products are ready for sale and complying with established hygiene and sanitation regulations. * **Inventory and Storage:** Assist in managing the inventory of meat products, ensuring adequate stock levels and adherence to product rotation procedures. * **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on available meat cuts and offering suitable recommendations based on their needs. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the butcher shop or meat handling sector. * Knowledge of operating saws and slicers, as well as performing meat cuts. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Commitment to food hygiene and sanitation standards. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and deliver exceptional service. **We Offer** ------------- * A dynamic and growing work environment within a recognized company in its sector. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive compensation and benefits in accordance with current legislation. * The opportunity to join a team dedicated to quality and customer service.
