We are authorized partners of brands such as Xerox, HP Latex, and Epson, offering sales, leasing, and support. We are seeking: Technical Service Engineer **Required Activities and Experience:** * Perform installation and configuration of technological equipment. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnose technical faults in hardware and software. * Respond to technical support reports and tickets. * Provide technical assistance and advisory services to customers. * Configure networks and equipment connectivity. * Prepare technical service reports. * Track warranties and repairs. * Train basic users on equipment operation. * Maintain control and inventory of assigned tools and equipment. **We Offer:** * Base salary for the first three months: $11,000\.00; thereafter, a fixed salary of $10,000\.00 plus a performance-based bonus of up to $4,000\.00 per month. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for training in Mexico City (CDMX), directly with Xerox, HP, and Epson. * Work location: 5a. Pte. 1471, Moctezuma, 29000 Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chis. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements and Technical Knowledge** * Technical English (mandatory). * LAN, WLAN, and VPN networks. * Installation and configuration of equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Hardware and software technical support. * Structured cabling. * Basic server and network configuration. * Windows operating systems. * Operation of printers and multifunction devices. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, maintenance of technological equipment, or field service.
