If you are a field leader focused on results and possess technical experience in construction execution, this opportunity is for you. **Purpose of the position:** Responsible for the execution and direct supervision of activities at the assigned site, ensuring work is performed with quality, on schedule, and in compliance with safety standards. **Your main responsibilities:** * Construction Control: Coordinate and monitor daily tasks to meet the schedule; ensure construction does not halt. * Technical Quality: Supervise that construction processes strictly follow project drawings and specifications. * Progress Management: Reconcile work volumes with subcontractors and supervisors for payment control. * Resource Administration: Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent waste and optimize costs. * Personnel Management: Lead work crews and operators, ensuring order, discipline, and consistent use of safety equipment at all times. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (students completing their studies or graduates). * Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years in similar positions (Site Supervisor, Construction Resident). * Knowledge: Ability to read construction drawings, manage operational personnel, and control costs. * Valid driver’s license: Class A. **We offer:** * Project-based employment contract. * $ 16,000\.00 gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits. * Timely payment. **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel or send a message via WhatsApp to **5565101084** Serena Capital – Human strategy for forward-looking companies.
