Maintain company integration and socialization **HumanDraft is seeking an HR Manager in Poniente \- Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Manage the company's human resources, fostering a work environment that promotes improved employee contributions to the organization and ensures joint development between employees and the company. Develop the Selection and Recruitment Process to properly fill vacancies arising during company operations. Handle issues and contingencies stemming from interactions among company team members. Effectively develop the company's organizational culture. Maintain company integration and socialization by sustaining positive communication channels and leadership. Provide staff with a motivating work environment where performance is formally evaluated and improved to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, supporting their growth within the company. Manage the employee separation process. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
