If you have at least 1 year of experience in the field, we want to meet you! ‍ **What will you do?** --------------- As Store Manager, you'll be the heart of our store. Your responsibilities will include: * **Meet sales budgets**: Your mission will be to ensure we sell like the champions we are. Let's crush our sales targets together. * **Supervise customer prospecting and visit plans**: You'll need to closely monitor how our customer visits and prospecting efforts unfold. We want our customers to feel right at home! * **Supervise store operations**: We'd greatly appreciate your help ensuring all employees are aligned and carrying out their tasks effectively and efficiently. * **Increase store transactions**: Your creativity and positive focus will help attract more customers and boost transaction volume. * **Ensure proper use and operation of tools and equipment**: We want everything to work perfectly. That’s why your skills in supervising equipment are essential! * **Manage product seizures**: You'll need to stay alert to follow protocols and handle any situations that may arise. Everything must remain under control. * **Ensure store security**: With your help, we’ll make sure our alarms and security systems are always in perfect working condition. * **Lead weekly meetings**: We’ll share updates on store and staff status, so make sure everyone stays informed and motivated. * **Oversee training process for new employees**: We want our new teammates to integrate smoothly.
