* Manage work inputs, preparing the corresponding reports on activities to be carried out, to ensure availability of materials, equipment, and tools. * Receive from the construction manager the projects generated within the area and assign them to technicians for execution, providing appropriate follow-up on FTTH construction projects to guarantee compliance with required quality standards. * Ensure that crews under supervision carry out FTTH network construction work in accordance with established standards, required quality, and occupational safety regulations. * Serve as liaison between technical staff and management, communicating work plans and concerns to maintain effective communication within the department.
