





**Profile Requirements:** * Proven experience in logistics within the tourist transportation sector. * Ability to manage vehicle fleet, schedule routes, and coordinate drivers and support staff. * Skill in optimizing resource usage and ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. * **MUST RESIDE IN CANCUN.** ***If you do not meet the profile, please refrain from applying****.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule vehicle entries to workshops. * Supervise and report on operators' customer service attitudes. * Promptly resolve minor incidents related to customer service. * Execute operations of assigned services. * Deliver amenities to personnel as needed. * Verify flight arrival status on platforms such as *FlightView* and *FlightStats*. * Confirm that the vehicle is at the terminal boarding area before receiving each client. * Inspect vehicles prior to departure from base. * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS. * Follow up on scheduled appointments at mechanical agencies.
