Key responsibilities: * Assist in the preliminary preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting, and disinfecting) for various kitchen stations. * Maintain work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment in perfect cleanliness and order. Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene standards. * Support in receiving and properly storing supplies, ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO). * Transport materials, ingredients, or dishes to designated areas, ensuring continuous production flow. * Assist the team with equipment setup and preparation of supplies for transportation to event locations. Experience: Previous experience in kitchens or food handling is desirable. Attitude: Proactivity, discipline, punctuality, and strong ability to work in a team and under pressure. Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends due to the nature of events. Knowledge: Genuine interest in gastronomy and basic food hygiene.
