We are seeking a **Commission-Based Financial Advisor** with experience in placing payroll-deductible loans, working on your own schedule and diversifying income on a 100% commission basis. **Responsibilities:** * Promotion and prospecting of personal loans. * Placement of payroll-deductible loans under various agreements, including **SNTE, IMSS, CECYTE, SALUD, GOBIERNO DE QUINTANA ROO, among others.** * Direct customer service and guidance. * Preparation and signing of contracts. * Sales closure. **Requirements:** * Must have prior experience placing payroll-deductible personal loans. * Completed high school education. * Age: 22 years or older. **We offer:** * Uncapped commissions (average $20,000 MXN monthly or more, depending on performance) * Commission payments issued within 24 hours after loan placement. * Monthly bonus of $2,000 MXN for the first 3 months (subject to placing at least $50,000 MXN monthly) * 100% commission-based compensation * Employment modality: Independent contractor. * **Opportunity for professional growth and transition to a base salary.** * Flexible working hours. * Physical and digital advertising support. * Commercial mentoring. * Uniforms. * Training. * Annual national and international conventions.
