Professional, collaborative, and results-oriented environment At Chat2desk Mexico, we are looking for a Technology Project Leader holding a valid PMI-PMP certification and ITIL v3 or higher, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects while ensuring compliance with scope, time, cost, and quality. The position involves managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, as well as ensuring proper project transition to operations, aligned with PMBOK and ITIL best practices. Position Objective Plan, coordinate, execute, and control Information Technology projects, ensuring compliance with scope, time, cost, and quality, as well as proper integration of deliverables into IT service operations, aligned with PMI (PMBOK) and ITIL best practices. Position Requirements Academic Background: - Completed Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science - Industrial Engineering - Business Administration or related field Mandatory Certifications: - Valid PMI–PMP certification - Valid ITIL v3 or higher certification Experience: - Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT projects - Coordination of cross-functional teams - Vendor management and client interaction - Project implementation and transition to operations Activities and Responsibilities - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables - Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resources - Identify, analyze, and manage risks, incidents, and changes - Ensure adherence to PMBOK processes - Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and documentation - Guarantee deliverable quality - Coordinate project transition to operations - Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate communication - Document lessons learned and propose improvements Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and expertise.
