The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, profitable, and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and food quality. This individual will be instrumental in creating an exceptional guest experience and fostering a positive, productive work environment for staff, all while complying with health regulations and company financial goals. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Daily Operations Supervision:** * Ensure all areas of the restaurant (dining room, bar, kitchen, and service areas) operate smoothly and efficiently during all shifts. * Guarantee compliance with quality standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation. * Supervise cleanliness, organization, and general maintenance of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. * Manage reservations and table assignments to optimize capacity and customer flow. **2\. Staff Management:** * Recruit, interview, hire, and train all restaurant staff (servers, bartenders, hosts, etc.). * Develop efficient work schedules that ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and development plans. * Motivate the team, promote collaboration, and maintain high morale. * Handle payroll, attendance records, and any disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies. **3\. Financial Management and Expense Control:** * Oversee and manage the restaurant’s budget, being accountable for achieving revenue and profitability targets. * Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends and opportunities. * Implement effective strategies to control food, beverage, labor, and other operational costs without compromising quality. * Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, cash register closings, and bank deposits. **4\. Inventory Control:** * Supervise and conduct periodic inventories of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment. * Place orders with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the quality and freshness of received products. * Implement systems to minimize waste and control shrinkage. **5\. Marketing and Sales Strategies:** * Design and implement innovative strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. * Develop promotions, special events, and partnerships to increase sales and restaurant visibility. * Manage the restaurant’s presence on social media and review platforms (in collaboration with the marketing department if applicable). * Train staff in suggestive selling techniques to maximize average customer spending. **6\.
