Exceptional customer service and collaborative work Job Description Integra Consultoría is seeking a Junior Support Engineer for its CPG (Consumer Goods Companies) Business Vertical to assist clients in operating our industry value-added solutions. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers. - Document incidents and track their resolution. - Implement temporary solutions (Workarounds) for known errors. - Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers. - Identify incident trends to facilitate problem identification. Knowledge and Skills: - Customer service - Ability to multitask efficiently. - Problem-solving skills. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working with minimal supervision. - Goal-oriented work approach. - Knowledge of ITIL. - Familiarity with Cloud and Mobile technologies. - Ability to work and collaborate effectively in virtual teams. - Willingness to learn.
