Join us and help define the next evolution of our security framework by applying today. **Responsibilities** * Create and implement scalable IAM security solutions * Architect and deploy strong security frameworks * Ensure systems comply with established security standards and policies * Work with business teams to align security measures with goals * Guide colleagues in effective security practices * Establish and maintain policies for IAM systems * Track emerging trends in security technologies * Diagnose and resolve complex security issues * Formulate and oversee long\-term IAM security plans * Administer and optimize authentication and federation services * Ensure systems and applications remain secure across multiple platforms **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python programming languages * Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) or other LDAP\-based directories * Understanding of intrusion detection, policy enforcement, and OS hardening * Comprehensive knowledge of SSO, Federation protocols (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and PKI * Familiarity with identity management principles and cloud services * Basic grasp of device authentication processes * Ability to mentor and lead team members in security ethics * Proven ability to develop strategic plans for security infrastructure * Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities * Excellent collaboration and oral communication skills * Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight * B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) English fluency **Nice to have** * Background in additional IAM platforms * Practical use of HashiCorp Vault * Understanding of BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Skill in tracking and analyzing security logs * Real\-time problem\-solving in security environments
