Opportunities for improvement and energy efficiency Description and details of responsibilities **Main Responsibilities** Supervise the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal environmental conditions in production, administrative, and controlled areas. Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, ductwork, and industrial ventilation systems, monitoring critical parameters such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and air quality, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. Administer general infrastructure maintenance plans, including low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, hydraulic and sanitary systems, fire protection systems, civil infrastructure, compressed air, and auxiliary services. Schedule and track work orders via computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), ensuring achievement of operational KPIs. Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians, HVAC specialists, and external vendors, supervising proper execution of work according to quality, safety, and schedule standards. Participate in facility renovation, expansion, and improvement projects by developing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules; supervise project implementation and validate compliance with technical specifications. Serve as liaison with internal customers regarding infrastructure requirements, advise operational leaders, and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, including service negotiations. Identify opportunities for maintenance improvement and energy efficiency through performance indicator analysis, driving innovation initiatives and optimizing operational resources.
