Job Summary: Responsible for billing, documenting, and ensuring the integrity of shipment information, while controlling inventory and complying with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Manage billing and shipping documentation. 2. Ensure inventory control and regulatory compliance. 3. Maintain organized documentation for customer clarifications and internal audits. RESPONSIBILITIES Bill and document shipments according to established procedures and policies, ensuring data integrity to release shipments on time and as required. Ensure finished products and derivatives are billed or shipped to guarantee inventory control. Generate and compile shipment documentation in compliance with current regulations to ensure timely release. Keep each shipment’s documentation organized and up-to-date to address or resolve customer inquiries and internal audits. Record freight liabilities in the system for each shipment, ensuring data integrity to enable timely payment to the carrier. Guarantee RP (Receivable/Payment) generation for shipments strictly adhering to institutional processes, registering entries and exits on the TRM platform. Record returned products from customers in inventory (both entries and exits) and generate new documentation for the new destination. Consistently deliver and meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with each customer (response time, quality, and resolution effectiveness).
