Handle sensitive HR and contract documentation Job Title: Bilingual Operations \& Accounting Assistant **Type:** Full\-Time **Schedule:** Monday – Friday (100% On\-Site) **Location:** IN OUR OFFICE **The Role** We are seeking a highly organized, **English\-speaking** professional to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our company. This role is designed for a detail\-oriented person—ideally a recent Mexican Accounting graduate—who can manage US\-based bookkeeping, coordinate Mexican vendor payments, and handle sensitive HR and contract documentation. You will work directly with one of the managing owners to ensure the business runs smoothly on both sides of the border. **Key Responsibilities1\. Dual\-Market Financial Support** * **US Accounting:** Perform daily data entry and reconciliations in our US accounting system. * **Mexican Accounts Payable:** Organize all local bills and coordinate with our Mexican Accountant to ensure everything is ready for payment. * **Vendor Management:** Communicate with vendors in both English and Spanish to resolve billing issues and manage payment schedules. **2\. HR \& Contract Administration** * **HR Support:** Maintain employee files, track attendance/vacations, and assist with local hiring paperwork. * **Contract Management:** Organize, scan, and track expiration dates for client and vendor contracts. * **Legal Coordination:** Help prepare basic documents and ensure all corporate files are organized and accessible. **3\. Office Organization** * Serve as the "Command Center" for the office—managing files, supplies, and general administrative workflows. **Required Qualifications** * **Language:** **Fluent English \& Spanish (Required).** You must be able to write professional emails and hold meetings in both languages. * **Education:** Degree in Accounting (**Licenciatura en Contaduría**) from a Mexican university is highly preferred. * **Skills:** \* Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Ability to learn US accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). * Highly organized with a "no\-task\-is\-too\-small" attitude. * **Character:** High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive HR and financial data.
