**Operations Director** Hybrid / Primarily on-site in Cuernavaca, Morelos, with frequent travel to CDMX and construction sites. Level: Executive (C-Level) Contract type: Full-time, indefinite-term PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE * Lead the professionalization and growth of the construction company. * The Operations Director must restructure current operations, design and implement standardized processes, and lead the successful development and execution of new infrastructure projects.
