* Track and analyze performance and spend by channel for each study, maintaining strict budget adherence and adjusting strategies as needed to hit recruitment goals.
* Leverage A/B testing to optimize campaigns in\-flight and apply learnings to inform future approaches.
* Build long\-term panel growth and maintenance strategies.
* Qualify respondents into study participants using a variety of methods to ensure client requirements are met, and onboard participants with clear, thorough instructions.
* Drive panelist community communications — including email, help content, and social media — both during active studies and on an ongoing basis.
* Partner with product and engineering teams to continuously improve panelist recruiting, onboarding flows, and overall participant experience.
* Identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline existing processes.
* Process and track participant incentives by type for each study.
**Requirements** **Basic Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or social media marketing.
* Experience working within a marketing automation platform (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
* Proficiency managing social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
* Experience advertising across organic and paid channels.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving ability.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Demonstrated ability to self\-motivate and follow projects through to completion.
* Comfortable working in a fast\-changing, often ambiguous environment.
* Experience recruiting participants for events or research studies.
* Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other graphic design tools.
* Experience using analytics platforms to track and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness.
* Background supporting UX research, market research, or working alongside technical teams.
