Key responsibilities include: * Transaction recording: Record and process journal entries, invoices, revenues, and expenses in the accounting system (coi) * Reconciliations: Review and reconcile bank accounts, balances, and transactions to ensure alignment with bank statements. * Document management: Archive and control fiscal receipts, invoices, receipts, and all documentation supporting accounting records. * Payroll and tax support: Assist in calculating payroll taxes, withholdings, and support preparation of tax returns. * Periodic reporting: Prepare expense and revenue reports, and assist in drafting preliminary financial statements. * Assist in payroll processing and calculation of state-level ISN tax. * Register, modify, and cancel IMSS affiliations via IDSE. * Submit DIOT reports. * Support procurement of bids from various agencies.
