REQUIRED SKILLS: Customer service and attention, Security and surveillance. Technology: Microsoft Office and related programs. Computer and mobile phone usage. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Record logs of incidents and tasks performed during the shift. 2. Conduct patrols to ensure compliance with personal and property security procedures and protocols. 3. Respond to requests from internal and external customers related to security. 4. Participate in and lead emergency drills and situations as required to ensure the casino's safety. 5. Report and participate in resolving conflicts arising in the gaming area related to the security department.
