We are seeking a highly experienced **Payroll Analyst** to join our team with solid expertise in payroll calculation and administration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Calculation, tax stamping, and payment of payrolls (weekly, biweekly, and monthly). * Adjustments for benefits and severance payments. * Compliance with tax and social security regulations. * Management and control of information in **CONTPAQi Payroll**. * Preparation of payroll reports and layouts. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with payroll experience. * Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a Payroll Analyst or directly handling payrolls. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Payroll** is essential. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security legislation. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$10,000 to $12,000 net/month** (depending on experience). * Punctuality bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability within a professional team.
