The purpose of this position is to ensure the management, administration, and timely submission of semi-annual and annual mining concession reports, ensure compliance with Mining Rights payments, and consolidate the database of Mining Concessions and Temporary Occupation Agreements for land access in Mexico. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Work, or related field. * 10 years of experience in mining concession management activities. * At least 3 years of experience managing processes with government agencies (Secretariat of Economy preferred). * Knowledge in management, administration, planning, and document control. * Desired knowledge in: + - Politics, Public Administration - Mining Law - Agrarian Matters * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate to Advanced English * Thorough knowledge of all governmental and administrative procedures related to the management and compliance of the Mining Law regarding mining concessions. * Experience developing work plans and strategies in the mining concession management process. ***NOTE: Torex Gold Resources and its subsidiaries do not accept resumes from recruitment agencies that are not under a valid contract and have not been designated as authorized partners to conduct searches.***
