Leading Industrial Cafeteria Company seeks KITCHEN ASSISTANT to work in Tenango del Valle. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in pre-preparation of food (washing, disinfection, chopping, and portioning). • Support meal preparation under the cook’s supervision. • Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. • Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (NOM-251, DISTINTIVO H). • Collaborate in inventory control and report shortages or defective products. • Properly wear uniform and personal protective equipment. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum education: Completed primary or secondary school. • Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year in kitchen or industrial cafeteria settings (hospital cafeteria preferred). • Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling. • Availability of time. • Good physical condition for operational work.
