




**Job Objective** Project Manager position responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of special installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with clients, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and comprehensive project management—from planning through final delivery. Work is conducted remotely, with support and follow-up for projects located in Mexico City, Monterrey, Cancún, Los Cabos, and Vallarta. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of assigned projects. * Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams. * Monitor adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Prepare progress reports and present them to management and clients. * Coordinate required human and material resources for project execution. * Manage contractors, suppliers, and technical documentation. * Identify potential risks and propose preventive solutions. * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. * Recent graduate with limited experience. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, budget control, and technical planning and execution. * Experience with project management software (MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar). * Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. * Ability to coordinate remote work teams. * Results-oriented, organized, and analytical thinking. **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Excellent working environment. * Fixed working hours, Monday through Friday. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
