**Requirements:** * Education: Maintenance Technician * Proven experience of 2 years, preferably in similar positions. * Gender: Indistinct **Knowledge:** * Basic industrial electricity * Electro-pneumatics (interpretation of diagrams) * Electric arc welding * Basic hydraulic systems * Proficiency with Windows software packages **Responsibilities:** * Corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment. * Preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. * Maintenance of buildings and infrastructure * Review and validation of TPM forms for key machinery and equipment * Records and logs for safety inspections of pressure vessels installed and/or operating in the plant * Records and logs for preventive maintenance of ventilation systems and artificial ventilation equipment * Verify proper and safe operation of safety devices on machines and equipment operating within the company * Complete documentation and supervise contractor work to ensure compliance with safety measures and proper equipment for working at heights or in health-risk situations **Skills:** * Good communication skills * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer:** * Gross salary: $10,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Above-average Christmas bonus * 40% vacation premium Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * General maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site
