**Overview:** The R&D intern will support the Research and Development team in preparing, documenting, and controlling laboratory samples, as well as organizing raw materials and technical records. Their contribution will be key to ensuring traceability, quality, and continuous improvement of products under development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **weighing formula phases** for laboratory samples, following established procedures and ensuring measurement accuracy. * **Locate and prepare raw materials** for formulations, maintaining proper organization and documentation. * **Take and organize photographs** of finished products, batch-labeled items, and packaging, integrating them into standardized reference documents for visual tracking within the R&D department. * **Support the organization and control of raw materials and reference samples**, keeping inventory records updated and ensuring proper identification and storage. * **Collaborate in reviewing samples from the retention archive**, assessing their physical and organoleptic condition to determine validity or disposal. * **Digitize and organize formulas in Google Sheets**, recording versions, compositions, and observations to maintain a complete and accessible development history. * Back up information in shared folders and keep area work records up to date. **Intern Profile:** * Final-semester student in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields. * Interest in product development, formulation, or quality control. * Basic knowledge of balance handling, solution preparation, and laboratory recordkeeping. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** or **Google Sheets**. * Responsible, organized attitude with attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and maintain workplace organization. **Desired Competencies:** * Teamwork * Effective communication * Initiative and proactivity * Technical rigor and precision * Interest in innovation and continuous improvement **Expected Benefits or Learning Outcomes:** * Practical experience in R&D formulation and documentation processes. * Understanding of a product's lifecycle: from development through post-production evaluation. * Development of technical, organizational, and analytical skills in a professional environment.
