Hospital Guadalupe Tepeyac is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of hospital equipment and facilities, guaranteeing continuity of medical services and compliance with regulations. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Biomedical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or regulated industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of: electrical systems, hydraulic systems, HVAC, boilers, generators, and medical gases. * Experience managing technical personnel and contractors. * CMMS maintenance management software knowledge desirable. **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Decision-making under pressure. * Effective communication. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage department budget and resources. * Ensure compliance with health and hospital safety regulations. * Supervise and coordinate external service providers.
