Operational Staff Management Daily attendance tracking Review and clarification of pre-payroll documents Coverage planning Conducting Service Needs Assessments (SNA) Executing specific briefings Conducting ongoing evaluations of security guards Preparing meeting minutes with clients Reporting service-related incidents Recruiting, selecting, and hiring staff Administrative and operational personnel processes New employee onboarding protocol Field-based training focused on learning specific briefings Monitoring customer satisfaction surveys Tracking security equipment requirements Providing assigned personnel with necessary tools to perform their duties Conducting motivation activities for assigned personnel Site visits to verify service delivery Providing necessary guidance to assigned personnel regarding any questions related to their briefings or internal company information.
