JOIN OUR EXCELLENT TEAM AS: Customer Service Coordinator Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience as a coordinator * Experience managing service indicators * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Organized and responsible * Commitment to achieving objectives Main Responsibilities: * Design and implement service improvement strategies. * Follow up on complaints, claims, and special requests. * Train and provide feedback to the team on customer service protocols. * Implement processes to enhance customer experience. * Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Logistics, After-sales) to deliver comprehensive solutions. * Prepare periodic performance and results reports.
