Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Cook to join the team at Mono Vermutería, with restaurant experience and mastery of culinary techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic and proactive **JOIN OUR TEAM** **OPENING: MONO VERMUTERÍA.** Position title: **COOK.** **SHIFT: Wednesday to Saturday.** ***Requirements:*** * Perform the necessary "Mise\-en\-Place" for service * Use tools provided by the company for the benefit of customers and proper establishment operation. * Serve orders in the correct sequence, always adhering to service protocols * Report any unusual incidents to the head chef * Complete the shift checklist to ensure a successful shift * Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties for the shift * Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered to each table on time * Carry out supporting tasks assigned as inherent to restaurant operations *Possess the following Values:* * Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Commitment, Loyalty, Punctuality, Ethics, Dedication. *Desired Experience:* * Minimum 1–2 years in the restaurant industry. *Skills:* * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Dynamic * Proactivity Benefits: * Statutory benefits * Work uniforms Education: * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy.
