Position Objective: Implement, supervise, and monitor Safety and Hygiene plans and programs in accordance with current regulations to safeguard personnel integrity and facilities. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with official standards (e.g., STPS NOMs if located in Mexico). * **Risk Prevention:** Conduct inspection tours, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and coordinate emergency response teams and the Safety and Hygiene Committee. * **Training:** Deliver safety inductions and courses to newly hired and operational staff. * **Incidents and Accidents:** Investigate root causes of incidents, complete corresponding forms, and propose corrective actions. * **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** Manage the distribution, control, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Audits and Metrics:** Track accident frequency indicators and support internal or external audits. What do you need to apply? * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Technical Degree in Industrial Safety, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of **\[1 A2]** years in similar positions * **Skills:** High sense of responsibility, assertive communication, leadership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
