




Job Summary: Conduct audits and reviews of public works projects to verify compliance with regulatory, contractual, budgetary, and operational requirements, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Proficiency with tools such as intermediate Excel The purpose of this position is to conduct audits and reviews of public works projects to verify compliance with regulatory, contractual, budgetary, and operational requirements, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in construction and administrative processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years in supervision, control, auditing, or administration of public works. Desired Knowledge: Public Works Law and applicable regulations. Cost estimates, generators, site logs, and budgetary control. Review of contracts, agreements, and physical-financial progress reports. Internal auditing, internal control, and compliance (preferred). Skills: Critical analysis and attention to detail. Research and documentation capabilities. Effective communication and conflict management. Ethics, objectivity, and confidentiality.
