Opportunity to lead a high-level technological project Job Description: We are seeking a **Service Engineer** with advanced technical expertise to lead the critical commissioning phase of a **large-scale industrial furnace** in Celaya. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the PLC logic, electrical systems, and safety protocols operate flawlessly prior to final handover. **Key Responsibilities** * **Thermal Process Automation:** Programming and fine-tuning of Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal/Step 7\) specifically for temperature control, heating ramp management, and furnace combustion/resistance systems. * **Electrical Installations:** Supervision and execution of power and control electrical connections, ensuring wiring and cabinet integrity. * **Safety Management (LOTO):** Strict implementation and supervision of Lockout-Tagout procedures for energy sources (electrical and thermal) to guarantee a zero-accident environment. * **Field Crew Leadership:** Direct management of on-site technical personnel, task assignment, and adherence to the execution schedule. * **Functional Testing:** Conduct loop testing, sensor calibration, and validation of furnace safety systems. **Experience** Minimum 5 years in similar roles, preferably in **industrial furnaces or thermal systems**. **Software** AutoCAD, TIA PORTAL, SolidWorks **Electrical Knowledge** Industrial installations, interpretation of complex schematics, and power panel handling. **Safety** Certification or expert knowledge of **LOTO procedures** and electrical hazard management. **Management** Proven ability to manage work teams under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **Desired Skills and Competencies** * **Logical-Mathematical Thinking:** To resolve complex real-time programming issues. **Executive Leadership:** Ability to coordinate technical personnel with authority and clarity. * **Sense of Urgency:** Full focus on meeting the 1-month execution deadline. * **Attention to Detail:** Critical for safety in high-temperature and high-power equipment. * **Technical Communication:** Ability to clearly report technical status to project management. **What We Offer?** * Immediate hiring. * Opportunity to lead a high-level technological project in the Celaya industrial zone. * Competitive compensation commensurate with required expertise. **Application:** If you have experience in **industrial furnaces** and proficiency in the **Siemens platform**, please attach your updated CV.
