Our company stands out for fostering a collaborative work environment and continuous professional growth, providing development opportunities to its employees. ***Location: San Luis Potosí.*** **Job Requirements** * Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field * Basic experience (internships or social service in Human Resources) * Basic knowledge of labor legislation * Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail ***Job Responsibilities*** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, CV screening, initial interviews). * Compile personnel files and track onboarding documentation. * Support the **onboarding process** for new employees. * Register and update employee information in HR databases and systems. * Support attendance, vacation, and sick leave administration. * Assist in organizing **internal training programs** and corporate events. * Provide support for **workplace climate and internal communication** initiatives. * Support internal audits and compliance with policies and procedures. * Address basic HR-related inquiries from staff.
