Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the position. Functions and Responsibilities 1. Construction Supervision • Coordinate and monitor land subdivision and urban development projects. • Verify physical progress against the construction schedule. • Supervise contractors and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations. 2. Subdivision Administration • Manage daily operations of the residential subdivision. • Control maintenance fees and track overdue accounts receivable. • Coordinate and manage payments for general services (lighting, cleaning, etc.). 3. Maintenance • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. • Respond to infrastructure failure reports. 4. Safety and Hygiene • Implement safety measures within the subdivision and on construction sites. • Verify compliance with internal safety and hygiene regulations. • Coordinate security personnel. • Prevent occupational and property-related risks. 5. Resident/User Support • Handle complaints, requests, and reports. • Follow up on incidents until resolution. • Maintain effective communication with residents or clients. 6. Conflict Resolution • Propose effective and conciliatory solutions. • Document and gather evidence of relevant incidents. 7. Administrative Control • Prepare progress and activity reports. • Maintain documentary control (contracts, logs, permits). • Support process planning and improvement.
