




Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure the proper functioning and operation of centers, laboratories, and workshops, managing functions and supervising service delivery to both internal and external personnel on campus. [Laboratory and Workshop Assistant] In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper functioning and operation of centers, laboratories, and workshops, as well as managing the various functions of the area and supervising the correct service delivery by the department and its staff to all internal and external personnel on campus, in accordance with established institutional indicators. Your key responsibilities: • Conduct inventory of equipment, machinery, consumables, and tools for each workshop or laboratory in coordination with the Fixed Assets Department. • Advise the university community on the proper use of various laboratory equipment, in compliance with applicable regulations. • Safeguard facilities and equipment by verifying their appropriate usage. • Ensure availability of relevant supplies necessary for the effective implementation of practical learning scenarios. Profile we seek: Essential requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree and professional license in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology or related field. • Master's degree and professional license preferred. • Experience: 1–2 years in this position.
