Customer retention **JOB OBJECTIVE** Provide professional consultation to current and potential clients to generate effective sales and achieve the company's established sales targets; following a process that includes prospecting clients, identifying needs, designing customized service proposals, and providing follow-up during installation and after-sales service to guarantee customer retention. **JOB SPECIFICATIONS** **Education** * Technical university degree or Bachelor's degree in the following fields: * Marketing * International Business * Administration * Finance * Accounting **Experience** At least 5 years in the following areas: * Sales * Customer service * Highway-related work **Requirements** * Valid driver's license * Standard driving proficiency **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify and qualify sales opportunities (prospecting) * Prepare quotations * Invoicing * Identify client needs and offer the best sales alternative * Follow up on sales and collections * Close sales and support collection efforts * Generate orders * Analyze quotation pricing and product/service specifications * Report daily sales promptly and maintain weekly tracking of sales targets * Optimize customer service and revenue management * Effectively represent company values through personal conduct and teamwork * Resolve simple and complex issues; if unable to resolve, escalate to immediate supervisor Available routes: * Aguascalientes * Zacatecas Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
