Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Manager to ensure the operation of gas stations, supervise staff and suppliers, and establish management policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the operation and reliability of gas stations 2. Leads work teams and manages human and material resources 3. Ensures compliance with regulations and operational processes NATIONALLY LEADING GASOLINE INDUSTRY COMPANY WITH OVER 30 YEARS IN THE MARKET IS SEEKING AN **"OPERATIONAL MANAGER"** **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the operation of assigned gas stations. * Customer follow-up and service for credit and cash transactions. * Supervision and support of personnel under direct supervision. * Hiring and supervision of suppliers for hazardous work at gas stations. * Define and establish policies and objectives for the Measurement Management System to ensure the reliability of generated results. * Manage human and material resources required for business unit operations and the Measurement Management System. * Support senior management and regulatory institution reviews and inspections. * Supervise and ensure compliance with verifications and calibrations at business units. **Basic Experience and Requirements:** * Supervision and administration of multiple business units (multi-site). * Management of diverse work teams (approx. 250 employees). * Information analysis, conflict resolution, and decision-making. * Knowledge of ISO standards. * Knowledge of operational processes and similar positions. * Standard vehicle driving capability. * Results-oriented. * MUST reside in Cabo San Lucas or San José del Cabo, B.C.S. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Company vehicle. * Economic, professional, and career development.
