Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and supervise staff, with strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and control warehouse operations. 2. Inventory control and customer service. 3. Supervise and support subordinates. **Warehouse Manager** High school diploma or technical degree **Knowledge:** Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Management Intermediate-to-advanced Excel Control room (warehouse) Customer Service **Functions** * Assist in managing and controlling warehouse operations * **Responsibilities** * Provide customer service * Handle incoming departmental calls * Generate Inbound and Outbound Reports * Timely and accurate inventory control * Supervise and support subordinates **Skills / Competencies:** Responsible, Proactive, Conflict Resolution Ability, Decision-Making, Teamwork **Requirements** 3 years of warehouse management experience Experience managing subordinates 2 years of forklift operator experience. **We Offer** Statutory benefits. Salary: $15,000 to $19,000 before taxes. 10% attendance bonus and 10% punctuality bonus.
