**Showroom Host – Customer Service** **Overview:** We are seeking a Showroom Host for a premium real estate development in Flamingos. The person will be responsible for receiving clients, providing project information, maintaining the showroom in excellent condition, and supporting visits to the towers. **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing the showroom according to schedule * Receiving and registering visitors * Explaining the project, available units, and amenities (following protocol) * Accompanying clients on tours of Tower A when necessary * Keeping the showroom clean, organized, and presentable * Assisting with basic operational tasks (supplies, organization, plants) * Coordinating work with supervision and the sales team **Requirements:** * Excellent personal appearance * Service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor * Conversational English (mandatory) * Punctuality and responsibility * Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred **Schedule and salary:** * Full-time (depending on role A or B) * Fixed salary + sales bonuses (according to scheme) Job type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Expected hours: 35 to 40 per week Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible schedules Workplace: On-site employment
