Lasec. 201, Col. ciudad gobierno, parque Quantum, Zacatecas, Zac. **JOB MISSION** Research, prototype, integrate, and validate electronic devices for industrial and mining environments, ensuring functionality, reliability, scalability, regulatory compliance, and proper integration with software, production, and operations—from concept phase through implementation. **Academic Background** Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field. **Desired Experience** * 3 to 5 years in hardware and embedded systems development. * Experience with IoT or industrial products. * Knowledge of HW–FW–SW integration. **Technical Knowledge** * Circuit and PCB design. * Embedded systems. * BLE, WiFi, RF, GPS. * Electronic fault diagnosis. * Product validation. * Industrial regulations. * CAD tools (Altium, Eagle or similar). **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analysis of product technical and functional requirements. * Evaluation of electronic components (MCU, RF, sensors, batteries, antennas). * **Hardware** testing. * Proposals for hardware prototype development. * Technical support for device configuration via software or mobile applications. * Planning and execution of * Functional tests * Communication tests between products and with the Smart Flow environment * Stress and reliability tests * Laboratory and field fault diagnosis. * Technical evaluation of devices for warranty and recovery processes. * Root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions. * Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards: * Internal coordination with hardware and prototyping teams **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Savings fund: 10% employee contribution + 10% company contribution. * Vertical career growth.
