Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for an automotive company, responsible for analyzing, implementing, and improving maintenance processes, as well as developing and training personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Automotive company supplying brands such as HYUNDAI, KIA, GM, and BMW 2. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of equipment issues 3. Develop, train, and guide maintenance personnel We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the SL MEX SLP team. We are an automotive-sector company focused on lighting, supplying HYUNDAI, KIA, GM, and BMW. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks: -Analyze root causes and resolve issues. -Analyze maintenance performance, prepare an action plan, and implement it. -Establish, monitor, improve, and resolve issues related to equipment performance. -Develop and implement predictive maintenance processes for equipment. -Conduct problem analysis performed with equipment. -Provide planning and direction for maintenance activities. -Develop, train, and guide maintenance technicians and personnel. -Continuous improvement actions for manufacturing efficient machinery. -Supervise training and assignment of maintenance personnel. -Perform other tasks assigned by management. Competencies -Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering. -Experience using software: CATIA and SIEMENS NX. -Knowledge of PLC and ABB machines. -Proficiency with injection molding machines (LS, JSW, ENGEL). -Teamwork -Problem solving -Weekend work availability -Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position -Advanced English -Preferably experience in automotive and lighting industry companies Benefits We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
