




Position Summary: Training and Change Management Manager responsible for designing, leading, and governing the adoption strategy for digital initiatives and releases, ensuring successful adoption by business users. Align adoption plans with digital and technology strategy. **Position Objective** Strategically focused Training and Change Management Manager responsible for designing, leading, and governing the adoption strategy for digital initiatives and releases. This role ensures business users successfully adopt implemented solutions through comprehensive management of communication, training, and organizational change support. **Key Responsibilities** ● Define and govern the Change Management strategy for system and digital solution releases. ● Design the Change Management model and organizational adoption guidelines. ● Define the change approach to be used per release type (communication, training, and change support). ● Develop and execute the implementation and training plan for each relevant release. ● Select and define communication strategies, channels, messages, and timing per implementation. ● Manage key stakeholders and business expectations. ● Make decisions in response to resistance to change or adoption risks. ● Define success criteria, operational metrics, and adoption KPIs. ● Measure and monitor adoption levels and the success of digital programs. ● Communicate progress, risks, and impact to leadership and executive committees. ● Coordinate instructors, multimedia designers, and support teams for training delivery. ● Align adoption plans with digital strategy, UX, processes, IT, and PMO. ● Ensure consistency of messages, materials, and training experiences. ● Monitor feedback and results, and continuously adjust the strategy. **Education** ● Bachelor’s degree **awarded** in Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or related field. ● Preferred specialization or certification in Change Management or Learning Management.
