Job Summary: We are seeking a Middle Product Designer to lead key parts of projects, understand business objectives, manage design work, and develop design systems. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous design and leadership in key projects. 2. Implementation and maintenance of design systems. 3. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, along with knowledge of agile methodologies. **What We’re Looking For:** Middle Product Designer **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Autonomous design * Lead key parts of projects * Understand business and user objectives * Project management: Planning and tracking of design projects. * Project planning * Design of user flows and functional prototypes * User testing * Implementation of design systems: Creation and maintenance of style guides and reusable components. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in relevant projects * Proficiency with design tools * Knowledge of product metrics: Ability to analyze data and measure design impact. Soft Skills: * Critical thinking * Facilitation skills * Negotiation * Assertive communication: Clear and respectful expression of ideas and needs.
